Secondary Users can Now Manage Their Own Work Hours

This new feature gives you the power to allow your service providers to manage their own work hours. When you create a new account login (go to Settings > Account Log-ins > Add New Log-in) there is a Work Hours Settings Access checkbox in the Access Permissions section. Checking this will allow the user to manage the work hours for their schedules. The user will login, go to Settings > Work Hours where they can then add/change their date-specific work hours.
