Time Utilization Report

The new time utilization report shows the amount of time scheduled for client appointments and unschedule time (available for appointments) for a date. For example, a business that allows 2 concurrent client appointments wants to see how much unscheduled time they have on Saturdays after launching a new advertising campaign. With this report the business can analyze their appointment trends, seeing if the ads produced a correlated increase in appointments.

The time utilization report provides a snapshot view of available hours and scheduled hours on a specific date.

Color Buttons

Customize the client appointment scheduling web page with color buttons. There are two steps. First, go to Settings > Custom Appointment Fields and Labels, and Appointment Button Colors and select the button color for the client appointment scheduling web page.

Next, go to Settings > Web Address for clients to select the color of Schedule Appointment button that you'll add to your website. Click a button to select the color and then copy the code and and paste it into your web page. This step will be easy for your web designer.

Color buttons can enhance client appointment scheduling and better blend with your logo and website design.

Appointments with Special Requests

Appointments with special requests are flagged on the calendar, allowing administrators to see which appointments have special requests without opening each record. The SR next to a client's name indicates that the special request field contains data. Also, the list view has a column to flag appointments with special requests, and the printed schedule includes the entire special request note.

On the calendars, appointments with a special request have an SR after the client's name.

The list view includes a column (on the right) to flag appointments with a special request.

Printed schedules include the entire special request below the appointment listing.

Hide the Special Requests Field

If you prefer to hide special requests field from clients, then there is a new option to do this. Go to Settings > Appointment Scheduling Policies to hide/unhide the special requests field.

The lower image has the special request field hidden.

Search Appointments by Date Created

Sometimes it's useful to know when an appointment was scheduled or to find all of the appointments that were scheduled on a date. The Appointment Search & Export page now lets you search and view appointments by their date created.

Hide the Schedule Another Appointment link

There's a new option to hide the ‘Schedule Another Appointment’ link on the confirmation web page and email (go to Settings > Appointment Scheduling Policies).

The appointment confirmation on the right has the ‘Schedule Another Appointment’ link hidden.

New 1, 2 and 3-week Advance Scheduling Limits

You can still let your clients schedule appointments up to 18 months from today, but if you prefer to limit this to a shorter timeframe then you now have more choices. The Maximum Advance Scheduling Time (go to Settings > Appointment Scheduling Policies) has new options for 1-week, 2-week and 3-week periods.
