Appointments with Special Requests

Appointments with special requests are flagged on the calendar, allowing administrators to see which appointments have special requests without opening each record. The SR next to a client's name indicates that the special request field contains data. Also, the list view has a column to flag appointments with special requests, and the printed schedule includes the entire special request note.


On the calendars, appointments with a special request have an SR after the client's name.


The list view includes a column (on the right) to flag appointments with a special request.



Printed schedules include the entire special request below the appointment listing.
